Harnessing Energy for a Healthy, Purposeful Life

For the past two decades, I’ve lived by a principle that some may debate, but for me, it holds undeniable truth: Our illnesses and struggles are often reflections of our thoughts and emotions. As Dr. Joe Dispenza teaches, thoughts are powerful forms of universal energy-capable of both creation and destruction. What we think, consciously or subconsciously, often manifests in our physical reality.

Negative thoughts can trigger self-destructive mechanisms within us, leading to emotional or even physical ailments. But just as energy cannot be destroyed, only transformed, we can reshape our emotions, turning fear, anger, and sadness into resilience, gratitude, and peace.

I aim to eliminate the emotions and behaviours that weaken my spirit and drain my energy.

Here’s what I’ve consciously worked to remove from my life (Love Your Illness” by Valeri Sinjenjikov) :

– Pride, ego, and false self-worth

– Blame—whether of others or myself

– Criticism—of others and self-judgment

– Resentment and grudges

– Dissatisfaction with myself and others

– Condemnation and harsh judgments

– Contempt and hostility

– Hatred, anger, and bitterness

– Irritability and rage

– Hurt and emotional pain

– Vengefulness and the desire for retribution

– Disappointment and disillusionment

– Gossip, ill thoughts, and deceit

– Boasting and arrogance

– Fear, anxiety, and unrest

– Doubt and insecurity

– Self-pity and over-identification with suffering

– Melancholy, sadness, and depression

– Gluttony and overindulgence

– Greed and selfishness

– Envy and jealousy

– Lies and deception

– Hypocrisy and flattery

– Lust and infidelity

By consciously releasing these destructive emotions, I’ve created space for energy that uplifts and sustains me. This, combined with nourishing food, meaningful connections, regular physical activity, and a deep respect for the planet, has allowed me to live a life filled with health, happiness, and harmony.

I have been completely healthy for the last twenty years. And it’s not difficult to live a life
without illness.

My book, soon to be published, lays out the principles I’ve applied. In it, I reveal the exact steps I took to transform my emotional landscape and achieve a life of vibrant health and well-being. It’s a roadmap to mastering yourself, too, which can create a life of lasting balance and fulfilment.
