About
My story isn’t just about health—it’s a testament to resilience, growth, and perseverance. I’ve walked many paths: from being a student pursuing education amidst the chaos of civil war to becoming a single mother juggling countless responsibilities to rising through the ranks as a Chief Economist, advisor, project leader, and now, a doctorate holder. I’ve lived through it all—the struggles of a busy businesswoman and the freedom of someone who has learned to master her time and priorities.
But beyond personal and professional success, my mission has evolved into something greater: the promotion of sustainable well-being, local economic development, food heritage, and the eradication of greenwashing —issues that are essential to everyone, no matter their financial situation, time constraints, or other challenges.
I believe that well-being is not a luxury—it’s a right. Whether navigating tight budgets, a hectic schedule, or simply feeling overwhelmed by misleading marketing (like greenwashing), there are always practical ways to create a healthier, more balanced life. By preserving food heritage and supporting local economies, we sustain ourselves and strengthen our communities, promoting authentic, sustainable growth.
My journey reminds me that it’s not just about what you achieve but who you become. It’s about sustainable growth —for ourselves, our communities, and our planet.
So, whether you’re just beginning, trying to balance family and career, at the peak of your profession, or simply trying to manage your time and priorities—know that you can create your path, break through every barrier, and shape your future, no matter the odds.
